These short tales speak from themselves. They exist somewhere between classic Latin American ‘cuento’, prose poems and micro or flash fiction, they weave mysterious, moving and memorable tales that will delight and inspire readers. They are very easy to read and yet they have potential further layers and avenues of meaning and space for investigation.Language teachers may find this publication useful as a bilingual text too. We must also congratulate all those in the acknowledgements (and Alan Pergusey for the stunning images) for their contributions, for helping this work to cross the world.
